Milling Technology

Aiming at the plastic deformation caused by severe side wear of rails on heavy-duty lines, we apply milling technology to cut 800m/h large milling machines, by comparing with small milling machines, under the same working speed, the flexibility of small machines is higher with lower procurement costs. Small crush marks on the top surface can be finely ground using abrasive belt grinding techniques. The power source and milling angle can be customized according to different application scenarios and line characteristics.
